Any use of the Service is subject to the following Terms of Service ("Terms of Service" or "Terms"), as well as to Studyable’s Privacy Policy, all of which are incorporated by reference into these Terms of Service. Your use of the Service will constitute your acceptance of these Terms of Service.

Eligibility

Use of the Service is void where prohibited. The Service is intended for users over the age of 13, but is open to all ages. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that (a) all registration information you submit is truthful and accurate; (b) you will maintain the accuracy of such information; and (c) your use of the Service does not violate any applicable law or regulation.

Subscriptions

• When purchasing a subscription, you are transacting with Studyable, a registered Australian business with ABN 51352767210.
• Membership Plans: You can choose to buy a membership plan for your Studyable account, which provides an enhanced experience with extra features or functionalities ("Membership"). Memberships can be acquired either by (i) paying a recurring membership fee; or (ii) making a one-time payment for a specific duration ("Pre-Paid Period"). The conditions outlined below will oversee your involvement in these programs.
• Pre-Paid Membership Duration: Memberships bought for a Pre-Paid Period will automatically end when the Pre-Paid Period is over.
• Canceling Your Membership: You can cancel your Membership at any point. If your Membership is set to auto-renew, you must cancel at least one day before the Membership term expires to prevent further charges. You can continue using your Membership benefits until the end date, after which your Membership will cease, and your account will be downgraded automatically. • Termination by Us: We reserve the right to terminate your membership at our discretion, with or without prior notice, for any reason.
• Refund Policy: Unless mandated by law, Memberships bought directly through Studyable are non-refundable. Memberships purchased via other platforms are subject to those platforms' refund policies. Studyable is not accountable for the policies of these platforms. We do not offer refunds if the price for Membership plans decreases, or if we provide promotional pricing or modify the content or features of the Service in the future.
• Price Adjustments: We may alter the price of Memberships occasionally. We will notify you of any price changes beforehand. Price modifications for Memberships will be effective on the next renewal date following the date of the price change. As allowed by local law, you accept the new price by continuing your Membership after the price change is implemented. If you disagree with the price adjustments, you have the right to reject the change by canceling your Membership before the price change becomes effective. Please make sure to read any such price change notifications thoroughly.
• Acceptable Use: Studyable accounts and Studyable Pro subscriptions are intended for individual, non-commercial use only. Sharing or selling of accounts is not allowed, and may result in termination of your subscription without refund, or the termination of your account.

User-Generated Content

Studyable allows users to generate and submit content such as study notes, flashcards, and quizzes. By submitting content, you represent and warrant that:

• You are the rightful owner of the content or have obtained all necessary permissions to submit the content to Studyable.
• The content does not infringe upon the intellectual property rights of any third party.
• The content is accurate, complete, and up-to-date.
• The content does not contain any harmful or offensive material, including but not limited to defamatory, discriminatory, or harassing content.

You acknowledge that Studyable is not responsible for any user-generated content and that you use such content at your own risk. We reserve the right to remove any content that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is otherwise harmful or offensive.
